Master cigarmaker José ‘Pepin’ Garcia and his son, Jaime Garcia, blend the entire La Aroma de Cuba brand from the finest premium, aged tobaccos to an award-winning standard. The Garcia family channels profound generational knowledge, rooted in their Cuban heritage, to grow, harvest, age, and blend a phenomenal variety of binder, filler, and wrapper leaves from Nicaragua’s most desirable tobacco-producing regions, including Estelí, Jalapa, Condega, and Namanji.

The Garcias employ immeasurable selectivity in procuring tobaccos and wrapper varietals from key family estates to ensure consistent flavor and aroma in every La Aroma de Cuba cigar. The passion and integrity of the Garcia family culminate in their unsurpassed commitment to quality.

Every leaf of tobacco utilized for La Aroma de Cuba cigars undergoes a rigorous triple fermentation, ensuring a perfectly smooth taste. Beyond fermentation, we patiently age our tobaccos for a minimum of five years before the cigars are rolled. The only essential ingredients in a premium cigar are tobacco, water, and time. Partnering with the Garcia family guarantees the process is pure from seed to cigar. No step is hurried. Mother Nature is our partner. We wait and work together.

La Aroma de Cuba cigars are handcrafted at the Garcias’ state-of-the-art factory in Estelí, Nicaragua. Artisan rollers diligently employ the meticulous entubado method, finishing each cigar with a traditional Cuban-style triple cap. The Garcia family personally trains and oversees every member of their rolling gallery. Their attention to detail and insistence on flawless craftsmanship result in cigars of uncompromising performance and taste.

To elicit optimal flavor and aroma upon shipment to our retailer partners, La Aroma de Cuba cigars age for a minimum of six months at the factory after they are rolled. This final step yields rich, complex flavor and superlative smoothness in every cigar, from the moment it’s purchased to the moment it’s savored.  

Finally, La Aroma de Cuba cigars are cloaked in stunning cigar bands and boxes, boasting vibrant color and detail throughout a cohesive, Cuban-legacy collection. Specialized machinery embosses ornate, old-world imagery on the boxes and bands that adorn La Aroma de Cuba cigars.
